Mr Michielle said next week the first units will be made, the boxes and manuals arrived today and the new screen was already being made by the molding machines this week. Axel told me the US will get the first 20 units- that is all for now. I suspect you have one of the first orders. Hopefully 30 more will follow a week or two later and then at least 50 more before Christmas.

Is there a large pre-order situation for thw Wavebox like other Tunze roll outs of late? I'm wondering about the possibility of me getting one in November.

I'd ask the usual suspects what their wait lists look like. Premium Aquactics, Champion and Marine Depot. And remember quite possibly people are on multiple wait lists.

I anticipated a big demand but so far I don't think anyone has a huge waitlist. I think alot of people will wait to see how the more daring feel before they buy one.

There was a wave box (demo unit) at my local LFS yesterday (Belgium), The tunze guy was great took time out to demonstrate the unit and had a great chat with him on the new products ETC ( great service yet again, he realy took the time to talk) Anyway the wave box is very impressive, gives a tank a whole new look and realy does get all the crap into the water coloum.

The tank had two 6100 ( 5 foot tank) on it however when the wave box was set up you could see the the current moving dirt from under the rocks, and its silent but the tank did have a central overflow. Just need to find a space in my tank for one.
