Beef Central does sound like one of those cable channels that is used for fluff. I wish you could just purchase your top 10 channels for a nominal fee and just skip the Beef Central, Home Shopping, and other bloat channels.

..... Ok. Back to reality. High cable, milk, and gas prices. I mean, we have to pay Exxon so they can send the executives to the space station you know.
