wheres the best place to buy an aquacontroller ?

im going to be purchasing an aquacontroller jr here shortly but want to know where the best place is to purchase one for the best price?

i found that reefgeek has the AquaController Jr w/ Serial Port, Std pH & Temp Probes & DC8 for $289 with free shipping. Is this the best deal out there?

also is it necessary to go with the lab grade pH probe or the std pH probe will do fine?

A quick Google search netted various different pricing.

from $139 to 299$ for a "complete" system.. (I would verify the components that come with the "complete" system)

thanks for the input, just did a search and the cheapest i found on google was $309 from aquacave with the temp probe, pH probe, serial port, and dc8.

anybody else bought their AC controller from reefgeek? how is their customer service?

I think 289 is a pretty good deal. Does that include shipping? I think MD has it for roughly the same price (+$7) once you add the pH probe.

Just buy one, you'll have fun playing with it, you won't even notice the few dollars extra.

I bought my t-5s from them. they have great customer service. I paid for upgraded shipping and they sent me an email saying that they refunded me some money because the standard shipping would get here just as fast. they are in california so shipping is really quick.
