im planning on adding a group of anthias to my 200 gal reef. which do you all reccomend? I like the dimorphism in the Lyretail. the male is purple and the female yellow or orange. I have heard thought that the bicolor is more attractive. I want a species that is on the large size. 5" or so. what do you think and pics would be cool.

I just got a trio of these resplendent anthias a couple weeks ago. They're now eating brine and mysis.

How about squarespots? Maybe a male and a few girls. Bimaculatus are my favorite but do require some good water conditions. Both are larger species of anthias.

I think that squareblocks can be a little more sensitive than other anthias. Their coloratiob cab also fade under intense lighting. You could always check out redbelted anthias. I'm not sure about how hardy they are, but I think they are a lot like lyretails. Sorry about some of the spelling, I'm actually writing from a cellphone.
