Im setting up a 240g DT ( total about 310g)setup
And researching about the best chillers.
Found 2 companies that were told to be reliable long term: West coast quatics and these Aqualogic chillers.
Didnt find any West coast aquatics chillers online and found these Aqualogic chillers at marinedepot.
Want to know opinon re these 2 chillers:
1: Aqua Logic Cyclone Chiller 1/2 HP, CY-5 with Temperature Controller
This one is with titanium coils that is put into the sump and thus it cools the water. ( no seperate pump needed)
vs
2: Aqua Logic Delta Star Chiller 1/2 HP DS-5 with Temperature Controller
This needs to be plumbed and need a seperate pump.
Which one will be reliable long term and why?
It will be controlled by cerebra.
