I want to buy calcium reactor for my 100g sps system. Should I get geo 612 or 618? I have seen so many posts titled my calcium reactor can't keep up with my sps tank!

I wanted a Geo 618, but those guys sell pretty quickly on here. I went with a Geo 612 and it does more than enough on my 190g SPS Dominant Tank! Prior to the 612, I was running an AquaEuro and that wasnt putting up enough Ca at all!!!

618 or 612 should be enough for your 100g! GL

Well, I am thinking ahead. Now I have 100g, but next year maybe I will have 180g. This hobby is addictive LOL

I have used almost every geo 612,61 and 818. the 612 was the most stable and easiest to use and put out enough for my 180 filled with SPS.

I have a 618 on my 215g LPS tank

I have to run 90 bpm and about 60mm pm efluent to keep up.

wish I had the 624.

if you want to upgrade to a larger tank get the 618

everybody who has one loves it
