Which fish should I add?

Hello, our tank is sort of empty (Fish-wise) and I was wondering which fish I should add best.
Our tank right now is a 30 gallon with couple corals (Mostly softies, only 3 out of like 18 are hard corals) and there's a lot of rock-work. It's also almost a year of age.
I don't remember the exact params but Salinity is 26, nitrates, nitrites, phosphates on 0, Calcium I think is about 400, Alk is 130 (I'm not sure if those are the exact parameters for Calcium and Alkalinity but I have a test that I could do right now)
Current fishes that we have: Ocellaris Clown, Firefish, and a Yellow 4 spot wrasse. (Most recent is the wrasse but the last death was from a blenny a couple months ago because he jumped out)
Everything else: Sand sifting Star, couple blue legged hermits, 2 Turbo snails.

Any fish that's compatible with those 3 is suitable but preferably one that's beneficial(If not, at least something rather colorful or bright), hardy (Doesn't necessarily have to be really hardy, but better a fish that's hardy than not), and doesn't hide (At least not too much)

Side question: Was wondering if a Red Fire Shrimp would do good. Would it annoy/kill any coral or fish? I heard they're good cleaners but some people have had bad experiences

Tanaka's pygmy wrasse or white banded possum wrasse would work in there. Very peaceful and colorful. I always found hector and rainford goby's to be interesting in small tanks. Any of the clown goby's would work well too and there are some interesting ones to choose from. The royal gramma basslet is sweet looking and should do fine in there too. I would only add one or two more fish in a tank your size though. As for the shrimp I have no idea.

I'll look into those they pretty much seem perfect, knowing those are gobies too and sift sand (The Hector and rainford goby), it'll make them even more interesting, thanks :)

Almost forgot to mention the main reason I wanted another fish is because I heard the best coral food is fish poop, so I guess it'll be best to put as much fish as it possibly can hold. As you said, probably 1 or 2 more fish would be the maximum it could hold I think.

Well, so far the list that I made for which fish I should get is:

1.Tanakas pygmy wrasse
2.White banded Possum Wrasse
3.Hector's goby
4.Kaudern's Cardinalfish
5.Longnose Hawkfish
6.Clown Goby
7.Midas Blenny

Is there any other fish I should consider or if any of these fish may cause a problem?

Another wrasse to consider is Pseudocheilinops ataenia.
Other size appropriate fish include:
Yellow assessor
Barnacle blenny
Neon goby
Orangeline cardinal
Swales basslet.

Is there another fish that may be similar to a clownfish? (In terms of not being scared easily or hides much)
