Which flake food?

I have a small yellow tang, a chromis, a damsel and a pair of clowns. I try to feed a variety of frozen and flake as well as nori. Which flake or dry food do you use?

Ocean Nutrition "Prime Reef"...all the fish love it.

i second prime reef as well but for your tang i'd also throw some spectrum pellets or formula 2 flakes in the mix. it'll be good to have a variety of food.

for me i use prime reef flakes, spectrum pellets, formula 2 pellets, and spectrum finiky fish pellets as well as frozen mysis and occasional cyclopeeze.
