Well, both are nice and both are expensive. I like the idea of multiple devices (2 of everything).

Since I have an extra HOT filter to use, I will probably get a Coralife $25 variable timer power strip and a power head to create a timed cross-current across the bottom and back of the tank…

sea swirls break alot. 1 snail and there done.
I have not researched the oceans motions very much. decent idea I guess.
obviously from my reply I have tunzes. very soon they will have nano tunzes. small and adjustable and come with magnet mounts.

Really? A snail could seriously cost you the motor of the SS. I'm surprised the co. wouldn't have figured this out by now. That's too bad.

well they did change the mount and pushed the swirl part out further into the tank to help with this. mexican turbo's are pretty big though.
