Which mode do you use on your vortech

I am curious which mode everyone is using on their Vortech. I seen many people say Reefcrest but im wondering if thats the only useful mode.

I use mine on full blast. I tried waves(short pulse) and found it was too loud with my overflows and there was no real flow. Then I tried reef crest and that too was not soo powerful, then I tried Lagoon and that wasn't bad on full power, but I am happiest on full power.

that is kinda where im at i like reef crest because it fluctuates more but when its at a low its really low, lagoon is nice but im worried its blowing to hard to often.

I personaly like the lagoon mode.

Right now its on reefcrest but I like the long pulse mode also. But I've only had it for about 2 weeks so i'm sure i'll try them all before long.

i would run mine on short pulse if not for the noise right now, i'm running reef crest but i may try out long pulse soon...

mine is dead silent. i feel like the mp20 is much quieter than the mp40. it much just be the speed since its the same motor.

All 4 are in dustbin mode. I find this to be the most efficient.

I like short pulse about 2-3 seconds apart. I try to make as natural a wave as possible. Otherwise it's in lagoon mode about 80%.

Usually involves throwing something in the dustbin. In this case - 4 Vortechs. And they work just as well there as they did in my tank.
