Which one should i choose?

I am looking at purchasing a Tunze powerhead for my 90gal FOWLR tank. Primarily because I would like to have only one powerhead inside the tank so I can get rid of my multiple Maxi-jets. Which Tunze should i get? It is only a 4foot long and 2foot tall tank. I am just worried that it might be too much flow for my tank inhabitants, any suggestions?

A single 6060, just run it continuosly, unfortunately you could not use it on a wavemaker, but it should suit a FOWLR just fine.
