Which PAR bulb for pico/nano sps?

I have a 2.5 gallon bowfront tank that I will be turning into a BB sps reef tank, with a modded Aquaclear sump and maybe a protein skimmer.
I'm stuck between two bulbs, I want one that will last and will be able to use for an upgraded tank in the future.

They may be overkill but both are dimmable and will work for larger tanks as well,
first a 24W PAR38 14K LED:

second a 14W PAR30 22K LED:

Which do you think would be better, or do you know of a better light?

Also, what should I do about a protein skimmer? I was thinking of getting a biocube skimmer, although I'm also thinking water changes should be good enough for a small tank.

Lastly, how do I go about dosing supplements? Two step bottles or an auto doser or diy..etc??

Thanks in advance

When I ran a Par bulb over my 5 gallon pico I used their Par38 bulb. But I prefer less blue than most.

As for running a skimmer, at 2.5 gallons you're better off using water changes, as keeping heat down may be an issue at some point. Plus its simpler I feel.

And if you are doing weekly or even bi weekly WC's then dosing may not be an issue, I would wait and see what your demands are.
