Which pump for basement sump?

I've decided to drill through the floor and put my sump in my basement. I'm not sure which pump to purchase to go with this. I plan on running a beckett skimmer and need to go up about 12 feet for my return. It's a 90 gallon tank so I'd like at least 900 GPH from the return, plus enough water at a 1 foot head to run the beckett.

Since it will be in the basement noise isn't the biggest issue but I'd like something that doesn't pull 400watts.

Any thoughts?

I used a sequence dart when I was using a basment sump with the same head. It was alot more than 900 gph though.

Do you think it would be able to run a Beckett also? That's key that I can get enough flow at twelve feet and still be able to run a beckett next to the pump.
