I cant really say. I have a Marine monsters M3.

I like the light feature on the JbJ though. Kinda neato. Mine does not have a light. :(

my vote is for the Milwakee.

The JBJ says it is made of 100% copper.

The Milwakee appears to be made from brass (which is an alloy of copper and is a stronger metal).

The JBJ would be more likely to break (quality of parts is important).

Not that either will break, but the JBJ would seem to have a greater potential to break. (Copper is a very soft metal).

and...

The threaded areas on either end of the bubble counter look more sturdy on the milwakee. The JBJ model has a very thin area for threading together the bubble counter. The milwakee has almost twice the threaded area (looking at the pictures).

Of course, I have no other basis for comparison but what is posted here. But, that is what I see.

I have given up on both of these regulators. Trying to get my customers to get a regular air flow is pretty much impossible over a two week period of time.

The Gen X regulator that Andy sells at My Reef Creations is a tried and true regulator.

The only thing it lacks compared to the two above is a bubble chamber. Andy also sells these.

The adjustments are so fine and accurate, fool proof.

I'm using the regulator from aquariumplants.com, so far it has been working well for me. It also comes with 3 years full warranty as well. You can do a search here on RC, there are a lot of positive feedback on this regulator.

i'm using the same regulator as Peter and it works great. I had the Milwalkee one, it's a tad harder to adjust that one to the precise count.

BTW... Cant say I'm extremely impressed with my M3. The bubble count needle adjuster is EXTREMELY touchy. Luckily I have good dexterity and patience. Once it is set, it stays right where I set it though. I wonder if all needle Co2 output adjusters are so touchy. I hope this is not hijacking.
