Which Shrimp?

Looking at getting a shrimp this weekend. Been doing research on both the skunk cleaner and the fire shrimp, trying to decide which one.

Just wanted to get ppl's opinion's that have had one or the other or both.

Mine are the exact opposite. My fire are always out. Only see my cleaners during feedings.

What size tank? If it's big enough get both.

There are also some pepps but they only come out at night. Two more scarletts in there somewhere. Been running for two plus years.

Pair of Skunk Cleaners is always nice. They tend to be more active during the day when there is a pair. They will also breed which means free fish food!

I think the norm is that the fire shrimp will hide more than the cleaner. I have a fire shrimp and think they are more visually interesting than a cleaner shrimp. Both are very hardy animals. I would get the fire shrimp. Mine is out all the time and one of my favorite animals in the tank.

Skunk Cleaners are fun to watch. Plus they mate and free food is great. They can clean your hand if you want.
