Which Shrimp?

What is the best type of shrimp to keep? My 90g is a FOWLR but will have corals eventually. I was thinking about a pistol shrimp with a prawn goby as they seem to be very interesting together. The only thing in the cycled tank now are snails. The tank is have the following when it is stocked:

(1) Tang - Yellow (Zebrasoma flavescens)
(1) Angelfish - Flame (Centropyge loriculus)
(2) Clownfish - Ocellaris (Amphiprion ocellaris)
(2) Goby - Purple Firefish (Nemateleotris decora)
(1) Wrasse - Six Line - (Pseudocheilinus hexataenia)

Any help would be appreciated!

Can't beat a good ol' Skunk Cleaner Shrimp. Will help to keep your fish health and looks great in the aquarium. Very colorful.

Fire Shrimp are also very colorful but very expensive. I've seen some folks do small groups of Peppermint Shrimp too.

So would you recommend against the pistol shrimp or is the Skunk Cleaner Shrimp and Fire Shrimp just others that you would recommend?

My cleaner works like a charm at cleaning my fish. My fire shrimp looks really nice, but is not nearly as good a cleaner as the skunk.

I am in a conststant battle with my pistol. He digs the holes and I fill them in. Boy does he make a mess. He was a hitch hiker on my rock.

I have a friend who bought both the goby and pistol from the LFS (they were sharing a hole) and then they never paired up in his tank. So YMMV!

I like my 2 Skunk Cleaner Shrimp, they do a good job at their cleaning stations for cleaning parasites off of my fish, I like their color also...

I used to have 3 peppermint shrimp, as they were good for Aiptasia control, but they usedto bother my anemone's alot during feeding time, & when anything new went in the tank they were their to investigate. They started getting annoying, & I really didn't have a problem with Aiptasia, so I took them out, but don't get me wrong if I needed them I would put them back in the tank again. But for now, these are my favorites.

Skunks/Cleaner Shrimp, Peppermints, and maybe a Blood Shrimp. Not too sure how a Blood Shrimp would mix with the Skunks and Peppermints though.

I have 4 peppermints, 2 camelbacks, 1 coral banded, and 1 fire shrimp in my tank. They all get along fine, the coral banded tends to eat snails so I wouldnt put him in if doing it over.

Im not sure if you can but i think it would be cool if you had a clearner shrimp and a candy pistol shrimp. Again though im not sure if they will get along.

I have a candy pistol, two cleaners, two fire, and a group of sexies in my tank. I think most shrimp will get along unless you get one of the larger pistols or a coral banded.

I have a skunk cleaner shrimp. It's a lot of fun to watch. When I drop food in the aquarium, it will chase the food, swim upside down, etc.
