Which Skimmer? help

I am looking for a great skimmer for a 75g tank w/ a 40g sum/refugium . I have plenty of room in sump or out. Prefer out of so my refugium and return area can be bigger.

Are any of these good.
Reef Octopus Extreme XS200
AquaMaxx AM200-S
AquaMaxx Cone 2
SWC Xtreme cone skimmer

I have AquaC EV-240 on a 215g. It's ok, I wouldn't buy another one.

Any suggestions? My budget is to stay under $400.
