Which type of GFO?

I'm kinda new to the whole gfo deal. Is the TLF Phosban any good; how about Rowaphos? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Also, how good/efficient is Seachem Matrix Carbon?

Phosban good but pricey
Roaphos better last longer but really pricey.
SeaChem Matrix carbon is good

I would only use Powaphos if I had a really big tank or a major Phosphate problem.

I use BRS for both their High Capacity GFO and ROX 0.8 GAC.

Yes TLF is a good brand......in my opinion with GFO is that you're buying the label b/c they're all pretty much the same : granulated ferric oxide give or take a little more dust in the lesser brands.

BRS, TLF, Rowaphos etc etc. Just insure that you go less than half the recommended amount in order to avoid stressing out your corals etc.

Been using rowaphas and happy with results. But it's expensive
