Which uv sterilizer in nano??

Which would be best to use in a 24 gallon nano cube?

9W uv sterilizer?

Or

24W uv sterilizer?

aquamedic makes a 5 watt, and it is pretty affordable, i would not get a 24 watt, you could have heat issues

I will be having a chiller with the tank since I will be having 150W MH pendent over it. So with that in hand which is the better choice? The 24W is $43 and the 9W is $28
