I use the light pink/peach mode. It runs a 20 min ramp-up and ramp down to 7 power 24/7. I did run the blue setting for a long time but recently changed it up.

I did this but not knowing how powerfull each mode is I don't know how it will work. I also have the 1500gph on the opposite side of tank now but for now I have it somewhat angled off of front glass

What timing are you ramping on reef-crest?80% seems high a bit is all imo.

yep, I was confusing reef-crest with long-pulse sorry. I wish they would put what mode it was on the controller. Like just a line of LED's listing the mode like. color Led=Reef-crest, color Led=long-pulse, color Led= constant......that light up when its on that mode. The colors are.....useless to me...I instantly forget when I walk away.

yeah I remember something like about that. For your size tank I would think the MP-40 would be more then enough for the majority of the flow. What size of other pumps are you running? I do love my MP-40, the Jeabo it replaced was an ok flow solution but it had its down falls. Your tanks looking great man, good job.

I have a 1500gph non controllable korallia on the other side. I changed program after doing more research with only one vortech now it starts with a transition from 20% night mode (constant) to 60% lagoon mode then 80%... picture is easier

So I have a variety of modes reecreast lagoon short pulse long pulse back to lagoon and then constant and then a 20% mode from 12-5am. And yes i already want another vortech anyway I have plenty of random flow but how do you guys feel about everyday moving the other powerhead to hit different areas of the tank?
