white belly on 1.5" blue tang

Hey everyone, just noticed that my 1" blue tang has a white belly and I don't know why. I was going to sell her today and the person came to look at it and he didn't like the way the fish looked so he passed on buying it. The fish looked fine in my tank swimming and eating. Seemed like it progressed during the transaction. Here's some pictures. She's in a qt right now because I didn't want to put her back in my DT.

Doesn't look like much like that out of the water.
Basically looks like a fish that's been scratching....
