white bugs in my 24g AP tank?

hi i have a 24g aquapod and today i just noticed these small white clear bugs crawling on my live rock. they have alot of legs and little antennas. what are these are they bad? are they pods and if so are they bad? if so how do i get rid of them?

Well, if you already think they're pods then you should already know that pods are good. How long has your aquapod been set-up? The best way to confirm is to get a picture of them. The other way to confirm is to do a search on copepods here or on google image and compare what you see. Hope this helps.

my tank has been setup since 05/21/06 all i have in it is LR and two clownfish and a clean up crew and live sand arag-alive

Sounds like pods to me, good to have

most likely pods (good to have), best to get an ID photo to be safe

if you can easily see them, they are not copepods. If they are a few millimeters in length then they are amphipods, which are also very beneficial.

they seem to be gone now. i did look up pics on the internet and i think they are amphipods. if i see them again ill try to get pics of them.
