white bugs in my zoos

This is the first time that I post something in RC; so here we go!!
My name is Amado Bolaños and I´m posting from Oaxaca México...
The reason of my thread, is because, the other day I got new corals and zoos from a very nice store in Mexico city...after I place them in their new rocks they open right away, but now they are totaly closed and there are so many little white bugs among them, This little bugs look like the marine ichi, but they are spread in my tank.
I had some sps frags, and now they gonne...so do you guys think that this is a kind of a pest?
should I use like ozone or something like that?, I was reading in the Mexican forums that there are some people that are using like dog caplets name Interceptor, but I really don´t know if this work.
It seems that my parameters are ok

silicates undetectable

kh 12°
all them check with salifert and tropic marin

Welcome to RC & especially to the zoanthid forum!

It sounds like these are pods which are normal in a reef tank. without any predators though, they can become quite numerous & bothersome to some corals, like zoanthids.

If the "bugs" you're seeing are, in fact, pods they are good for your...to a point. If you have an "infestation," they will at least irritate your zoas...predate them at worst. You may want to consider a wrasse or mandarin to help control them.

Livincorals: Yes they move really fast, they have the same size of the white spot ich, I just had some fishes that where infested with them, so I introduced a Cleaner shrimp, and i started to add flakes with selcon, and garlic, couple of them passed away, but three of them are doing a lot better; so I was thinking that this could be the problem.
jprince58 : I was thinking in add a mandarin, so I´ll get it pretty soon, I just hope the two scorpions don´t eat him!!
I´ll take a picture this afternoon

You'll have to get a Manderin larger than the scorpions, for them not to eat it.
