White bugs???

I have a fairly new tank. I woke up today and see these tiny white dots all over the glass. I see them move kind of fast for their size but they are so small that I can't see what they are. Anyone have any idea what they could be?

I added a six nassarias snails yesterday with a few hermits, but I don't think that causes this.

Yeah, that's about how big copepods are. You may be thinking of amphipods.
