White Bugs?

I've noticed lately(maybe 6 months or so),when cleaning the glass,that there is very small white bugs moving all over glass.Kind of looks like grains of salt.I'd get a picture but there're too small to focus on.
Any ideas what they are and if they are good or bad?
I've heard of red bugs is there such a thing as white bugs?

they are probably copepods. good to have, just free fish food.
