White Bumps - Tang - Not Ich?

My Achillies tang has developed 2 darkish/whitish raised bumps on one of its fins. I don't believe they are ich. I have 3 other tangs, 2 clowns, 3 royal grammas and none of them are experiencing the symptoms at all. All of the tangs have been in the tank for almost 2 months now.

The bumps just showed up on the Achillies within the past week. Started out with one, now it has two. The fish is acting fine. Eats well, swims all over the place.

Anyone have any idea what it may be, or how I should go about treating it?

Thanks! That does sound like what I'm seeing. Could be worse I guess. I was trying to figure out how I was ever going to catch him to put him in a hospital tank!

I've had him for about 1 1/2 months.
