white cotton like patches on clown

One of my clowns in qt came down with several white cottony looking patches. It is not ich. This particular clown was being picked on. I moved it to its own qt tank and was wondering what to treat with. Is it bacterial? I cannot find any info on this. The clown is still eating and swimming normally. One of the patches is on its mouth sticking up.

Can you post a picture? It could be brooklynella, dip in a formalin bath and then treat with antibiotics like Furan2. Could also be fungal in nature.

I was looking for a thread with pictures of diseases but cannot find anything. I can't post a picture because I'm technically challenged.
