White Dea tips on Milles

After switching to blackbox led's from 400w 20k radiums. My millies have started to develop dead tissue on the tips. Could the LED's really be burning the tips after switching from 400W radiums?!

Did you acclimate them to the LEDs? If not then it is possible as long as your parameters stayed the same.

No I didn't acclimate them. Some corals are handling it fine, but two of my recently purchased (2 months ago) mille colonies aren't handling it well
