My lionfish hasn't been eating for about 2 weeks now. It stopped eating all of a sudden. Now I noticed small white dots on its body. How do I treat this and how will it start eating again? I'm afraid it might die of starvation and the white dots that appeared on its body aren't helping the situation.

Lionscan go on hunger strikes that may last for several days so this might not be a major issue yet. The white spots are a sign of trouble. Ich wikll look like tine salt sprinkles on the fish. It is a parasite that must be treated or it will reproduce and eventually kill all of your fish. Can you describe exactly what you're seeing? Any of the other fish have the white spots? Post your water parameters too and tell what you have been feeding the lionfish.
