White dots that move on the glass???

Hi, I have thousands of white dots that are on the glass and they move around. They are to small to take a pictures of and even up close they look like sugar sand stuck to the glass, except when they move.
I have all my fish in another tank because of ick, Im wondering is this ick i see on the glass of Pods? Or something else. Are these little guys what mandrins eat. I did seed the tank with pods that I couldnt see a few weeks ago, and if these are them I got a bargin, they are thousands.

Just pods, they usually come out at night.

thanks Pods they are then. Should I feed them plancton to keep them going or do they eat other stuff?

They'll thrive on the waste products of your livestock and other nutrient sources. Consuder them part of the cleanup crew and food for you fishes.
