White indentation on toadstool

There are white indentations on the stem of my leather. There are one on either side of the stem as if it was pinched. Is it shedding or is something eating it? It opens up 100 percent each day.

Strange can you get a picture with some lights on? Also does the one on the other side exactly the same?

I also notice it appears to have tentacles coming out of the white thing

The picture doesn't look like indentations. It looks like something attached to the side of the toadstool trunk. I agree with Dkuhlmann, it looks like tenticles coming out of it. That would make it a Comb Jelly. Harmless hitch hiker.

So my sister is caring for my tank and I guess the hole is actually on the head, so my guess is it's actually reproducing. What do you think? The clown was not pleased with her poking her house.

The "tentacle" is the edge of my grandis polyps. Or the white lines is just more of the hole.
