White Knight Clownfish & Black Onyx Pairing

My wife and I just bought a White Knight and a Black Onyx from ClownfishDepot.com that we want to pair up.
The White Knight is just over 1" and the Black Onyx is closer to 2". Is there anything specifically we can do to help these two to become a pair?
We don"t get them for a few days so hopefully we can read up and get some good paring advice from people on here who have done it successfully. Thank you in advance.

What has worked for me in the past is introducing them together. I drip acclimate them in a container then release them both at the same time in the tank.

Sounds like a good idea and basically what we read so far. The store said that they will put the two of them together for a few days until they ship them to us, just to see if they initially get along, but said that won't be any indication of wheather they will pair up of not. I guess it's as good a start as any. Please keep the suggestions coming. Thanks.

you could add the smaller of the pair to the tank first then after a few add the larger so the male gets the first dibs.they are still small and should be ok with the aggression.

have you verified with the seller that you are NOT getting two females?
Once a clownfish turns female, there's no turning back.....

In any event, they are certainly both beautiful fish and hope everything goes well with them for you and your wife

If the "white knight" is 1 inch, it is a male most likely and not sexed up yet. That is still very young.
