White little balls in sump?

So my tank has been set up for a few months now and everything is going fine, but I just noticed that inside my simmer are a bunch of these white fluffy balls...some are on the outside in the skimmer section of the sump. Anyone have any idea what they are?

They just show up, a sign of good water quality.

Yeah i got those in the skimmer section of my sump too.
