White lump on Coral beauty

There is a strange white lump on my Coral Beauty that wasnt there when it was in the store. It is around 1 - 2 mm in size and the CB doesnt seem to be bothered by it, its swimming around pecking things are eats fine, but im just a little concerned about it. I have noticed sometimes pieces of food and specks of crap will sort of stick to the CB for a bit but this has been there for a few days so I dont think its a piece of food. I will try and snap a pic, but in the meantime does anyone know what it might be?

could very well be Lympho, a non-infectious virus that will go away on its own with good husbandry. fairly common on fish.

if it sticks around for several days and doesn't appear to spread, then that is likely what it is. nothing to worry about.
