White mass on angelfish

This fish was purchased from a friend as part of a pair. The female angel is doing fine; active, picking at LR, etc. They have only been in my tank for two days. He was fine yesterday, but today I noticed he was more secretive, and was not very active. After taking a closer look, I noticed the white growth. He still swims around some, but is not picking at the LR like he was just yesterday.
My tank is a 90 gallon reef that has been running for about a year, but has LR that is 3+ years old. Salinity is 1.025-1.026, and all other parameters are within normal range. The only other fish in the tank is one blue chromis, and a mated pair of clowns. He is not eating right now, but he wasn't eating yesterday either. I figured this was just because of stress from being in a new environment.
