White pimple on my royal gramma

Just noticed this pimple on the royal gramma's left side of his face. It wasn't there yesterday.
What is it and should I take him out and treat it?
I used the search function to find something similar to this but could not.
Any help would be appreciated.

He is in the sump by himself. Here's a quick video of it.
Sorry, I don't know how to embed it.

Hard to tell from the video. It looks too large to be cryptocaryon, but again it's hard to tell. How long have you had the fish, and was it quarantined?

Also, that's not a Royal Gramma, but a Bicolor Dottyback (Pictichromis paccagnellae).

I've had the dottyback for 1 month, it was qt'd by the seller (hobbyist). The other fish that was qt'd with the dottyback don't have this pimple. Those fish are in the dt.
Should I separate the dottyback from the main system?
Thanks for replying.

If it is eating and otherwise acting normal, I would keep an eye on it. If you notice any scratching or odd behavior, you may have to take action.
