White Portland Cement

I want to try and make some DIY shelf rock. Does anyone know where I can find white portland cement in the Orlando (UCF) area?

Try ACE hardware, they normally have it, but you'll have to buy a big bag.

Have you tried the foam route, a friend of mine used foam and it looks realistic.

The Oviedo location and downtown location did not have the white...only the grey. I'll check some other ACE hardwares. Thanks.
