White Sac thing under my Frogspawn

At night when the Frogspawn gets small I see 2 little white things coming out below one of the heads. Any idea on what it is? Look a little fuzzy.

could be new heads . hard or say. need beter discription or better yet a picture. does it look like cotton? that may be sponge...is it below tissue on skeloton of frogspawn or growing out of tissue?

It looks like to white sacs with 2 heads.

Can you provide a picture? Usually, the only thing that grows under a frogspawn head is a baby frogspawn head.

two heads? like crowns? with hair like apendages? again looks like cotton or a cotton ball? totally white? this is where a picture helps. give all descripption . use any word you can think of to compare. two head is vague. i could think you mean two sets of eyes like an animal but i know you dont mean that. ok let do this
size? compare it to a common object like coins
color- all around
appearence- tissue like, algea like, sponge like,
putrusions- not heads but things that appear to have a central point with growth.
etc

I was thinking Scypha sponge as well.
