White spot (not ick) on Naso Tang

Just my Naso blonde tang from liveaquaria. Sometimes (when stress?) there are some white spots along the top (just below the fin) and along the middle of the body. They are not ick because the spots are lot bigger (~ 1/10"). Do you know what they are?

The fish has been in QT for more than 2 weeks. It is eating and swimming.

My Naso gets those. I think it's perfectly natural.

When he gets really ****ed or scared, he turns almost completely black and has several large white blotches along the top of his back. Usually within a few minutes if conditions go back to normal, so will his colors.

Thanks. I feel lots better now. I will keep it in QT for couple more weeks just to be sure.

I've had a naso for about a week that has this also, but it doesn't go away. Its been on him the entire time hes been in quarantine. Here's a pic.
