White spot one my 6 line wrasse

My Mystery Wrasse has a spot just like that on his tail. Just one spot. I dunno if it's bad or not, but it showed up last night. Tagging along...

I just got a good look at it. It looks like a cut. Do i need to do any thing for that?

No with good water quality it should heal on its own.

It looks like lympho. Its a viral infection. Good water quality and food will help.
