White spot- Should i treat all fish

Apologies if this has been asked before.

MY blue tang has white spot and ive put him into my 400L temp tank for copper treatment.
Ive also added the yellow tang and foxface into the tank for treatment.

Im my reef tank i still have

1 x pair of clown fish
1 x royal gramma
1x Flame angel
1 x Watchman goby
1 x Lawnmower blenny.

All of the above fish look healthy and show no signs of white spot, so should i still remove all off them and treat with copper?

Flame angels do not handle copper.

If you have ich, yes your whole tank has it. It has to be fishless for 72 days.

There is no easy fix.

I use chloroquine phosphate for Ich,velvet and Urenoma. All fish need treated and the DT needs to go fallow for 76 days
