White spot

Hello all , i have aquarium was finished cycle since 2 month and was there 1 clown fish but it is died from 10 dayed by whit spot now the aquarium is empty just rock and christmas tree worms , i want know how i treat white spot on aquarium by change water only because i have lps and live rock ????
What time it take to be aquarium safe to add another fish ???

Fallow your tank 74 days, it's better if 90 days. Next time, you need quarantine all fishes before putting them in display tank
