White spots on my Helfrichi

Just noticed a couple of white blemishes/patches on my Helfrichi. Doesn't look like Ich from what I've seen in pictures online, but really worried nonetheless.
He's been in my tank for a couple of weeks now... Anyone know what this might be? Hopefully nothing at all??

2 Ocellaris, Yellow Watchman, juvenile Mccoskers and baby tailspot. Just added 2 peppermints as well. Everyone gets along great with no aggression whatsoever. I've read could be rock scratches? I looked up ick, and that appears to be tiny white dots. I just noticed the top half of his tail is a little shredded, but as I said, haven't seen any hint of strife amongst my fish.

I've never had ich before so I can't identify it from experience unfortunately. From the pictures I have seen of it, I'd hazard to say if it were ich the spots would be smaller and more numerous, however a more experienced member may be able to give a better answer with regards to that.

The blemish near its dorsal fin, in the second picture especially, looks like a bite to me. How new to the tank is it compared to the others? Individual fish have their own personalities and while their species may be typically peaceful, there are occasions where an individual may take a specific dislike to certain tankmates. I know if my flame angel or clowns stray into my starry blenny's territory they get chased out and sometimes come out with a nip looking similar to the one in your picture. And indeed, while doing a clean and water change yesterday, my starry blenny even bit at me twice.

Can you get better pictures? The one picture looks like it could be ich but still a little blurry to tell. If it looks like grains of salt it's ich and all fish will need treated and tank will need to go fallow for atleast 72 days.

Not Ick, Ick would be a smattering of fine salt or flour.
If he/she eats, swims and acts very normal, just keep a watch.
Sometimes these blemishes are nothing to be concerned about, but keep,watch...

In the pics, I see only own white spot...

The spots seem to be fading or even disappearing. After thinking about it further, I notice the Helfrichi hides sometimes by my RBTA. Could it be sting marks?
