white spots on triggers fins

Woke up this morning and noticed spots not bumps on my blue throat trigger...is this something to worry about? We recently got a tang and at one point last week we tjought he had ick since tjere were salt like bumps on him..but we thought it was sand since he likes to brush through the sand...and since then the tangs fine.no bumps or anything..whats ur thoughts?

Should we even waste money on ick attack or should we get a skunk shrimp..or just ride it out

U need to setup a separate quarantine tank. Don't dose anything to your display tank. Either that or just let the ick hopefully go away with a stable environment. Try soaking your foods in garlic. Also new life spectrum Thera + pellets are something you can try.

Skunks are cool but they won't get rid of the ick. Plus the trigger might make quick meal of one.

What garlic brand should i get to soak the food in

In my opinion, I wouldn't do anything so long as he remains eating healthy, his natural immune system should take care of it so long as he stays healthy. But if all else fails Soaking the food in Garlic guard and metronidazole normally does the trick for me.
