White spots under eye

Just noticed my 2 spot bristletooth tang has some white spots under eye. Is this ich?

I think that's too big to be ich. Ich is more like salt crystal size maybe slightly bigger.

Agreed, that does not look like Ick at all.
The pics not clear enough for me other than rule out Ick.

The spots are barely visible now, hoping it was just a fight or sting from anemone or something like that. He seems to be eating fine and acting normal. I’ll continue to keep an eye on him.
