Wondering if anyone here has a white worm culture. Looking for tips on how to keep one in our heat.

Also if there is any place in town to buy a culture starter kit from?
Don't have ww but in order to keep them you need to keep them refrigerated. Grindal worms survive in the 70s of my house, but don't thrive. White worms need 60s or cooler. You might have better luck on one of the freshwater forums or specifically at the Killie club meetings. Those guys (me) are the only guys crazy enough to try to keep worms in their house.

Thanks, I was planning on using a mini frig, but the highest it'll go is 45. That's probably too low right?

I'll have to check into that. If the temp range is good, it's off to craigslist for some searching.
This is insanity at it best. Let's buy a wine fridge so we can store worms for our fish. Can you imagine what that sounds like to the public at large?
