White worm!

I have looked all over the internet can seem to figure out what it is! I have had spaghetti worms before, this is different. This is about as thick as a thick piece of spaghetti and it is living in a whole in my rock it comes out when lights are off. It keeps a part of itself in the hole it lives in and when it comes out it is about 1 inch long. I tried to add picture but it keeps saying it failed! Does anyone know what it might be!
