Whiteish Stringy poop

I am thinking this is caused by an internal parasite, but I'm not sure. What can I do to treat for this? I have heard that occelaris clownfish to not respond well to hyposalinity so I'm not doing that unless someone chimes in and says that isn't true. Right now I'm treating with marine lifeguard. By the way, the sick fish are occelaris clowns.

A picture of the fish and the feces would help in determining. There are several fecal disorder that cause the fecal to be white. But assuming from your description, white stringy feces might be because of Capillaria Worm Larvae. Try using paracide D mixed with food for about 3 to 5 days.

Well I can't get it to eat. So any suggestions there? I can't get a picture of the feces, the camera won't focus on it. I will try doing the hyposalinity when I get done typing here. I can get Prazipro tomorrow, but it looks like this little guy is going fast. The other one appears to be fine. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Try feeding the fish some live brine shrimp - great method to jump start a fish into feeding mode. I often place a few drops of selcon in a small container of LBS .. helps the nutritional content of the LBS and the fish associate the selcon smell with food - I then start to soak some frozen brine/mysis in selcon which helps them make the transition to frozen.

Okay I will try the live BBS. I'll soak them in selcon, vitality, and garlic guard before I feed them. I started hypo last night and he looked a lot better this morning. He was swimming alongside the other clown. When I got back from lunch he's swimming actively, but very erratically. He's all over the tank, but at least he's not in the corner of the tank not moving...

When I checked him again, he was dead. So I went to the store highly upset and tey gave me another one. It is now floating in the bag in the iso tank. How I am going to bring it down from over 0.030 ppt, to where the tank is at currently I don't know. I guess I will just take my sweet time. I hope this one does okay.

Well I always quarantine my fish. But thank you for the link. It was a good read. The little farts still aren't eating, but other than that they look okay. Granted the replacement fish has ich, but it was the only one they had left and ich is not that hard to cure. I noticed it when I got it under a better light at home. If the ich isn't off his body in by tomorrow I may do a freshwater dip to get it off his body. He's swimming good, but you can tell he doesn't feel good. Any tips or suggestions on that?

I am not a fan of FW dips for ich ... isn't all that effective and ich falls off the fish naturally within 7 days. Hypo and copper are both effective against ich - the clownfish breeder uses hypo as std practice on all fish.
