Anyone have any pics of a white tail tang in their tank? Not looking for stock pics but honestly want to see how nice they look in a tank with that red body.
If you are talking about the whitetail bristletooth tang, I highly recommend them. I love mine. When I got him, he was much smaller and not as red as he is now. He has really colored up over time. Probably my favorite tang. I know I have some pics somewhere that I've posted, i'll have to find them. Here's a quick video where you can see him.

thanks. Is that the mature color with the darker head? or is the body even more red? How is it with actinic lights on? thanks. Im really starting to like this fish more and more. I have always like the bristle tooth tangs personality but they are just pretty boring color wise.
hogfanreefer- beautiful reef, and I love your trio of pyramids!
btb72- Yes, I do believe my tang has it's adult coloration. I really love his personality and he is an excellent cleaner. He picks at the rocks all day long. I don't have any algae in my tank and I credit him for this. If you come across a good, healthy specimen I would highly recommend one. Like I said, probably my favorite tang.
I had my heart set on this fish ever since it was on live aquaria. I finally had the opportunity to buy one 3-2 years back and he is one of my favorite fish next to my starry blenny. I think he is jealous because he always chases my blenny around haha but this fish is amazing and will definitely bring some nice personality and color to your tank.
