i got a 2inch ball valve and it leaks like crazy! - you can special order them from ace or lowes and hd have them. also dave out by me might have one he can sell you.
i got it all figured out, tank is now plumbed brass free!! now today will be draining and removing rock. hoping to have all good and running again by end of weekend.

the restricted drains that they are talking about also have "safety drains". If something were to happen to the drain that is restricted it will back up a little and then run down the safety drain also. This allows for the drains to fine tuned and run almost, but not quite, on a siphon. They run almost completely silent without the flushing and/ or hassel of duros.
